How do I know if I am in perimenopause or menopause? If you are starting to experience symptoms of menopause, but are still having periods (even if your cycle has changed), you are likely in perimenopause. Perimenopause continues until it is 12 months since you last had a period - and this is when menopause occurs. Please note that menopause may also be surgically induced.
I am taking HRT. Can I take MENO-BOOST as well? MPOWDER supplements are designed to provide the nutritional foundation layer that your body needs at this life stage, and none of the ingredients have known contra-indications if taken with HRT. Many women take the powder alongside their prescription. However, if in doubt, please seek advice from your prescribing doctor/health professional.
How does MENO-BOOST taste? MPOWDER supplements have an earthy taste due to the plant-based formulation. Masking agents and artificial flavours are omitted from our powders to ensure you get the full benefit of the pure, natural nourishment of the ingredients.
Are your powders safe to take if I have been diagnosed with breast cancer, or have a history of breast cancer in my family? How to use
For best results, MPowder should be part of your morning routine. Our blends are formulated to prepare your gut to digest well. This means we are proudly free from artificial flavourings. So play to work out what works for you! Blend up to 2 level tablespoons (20g) with your choice of ingredients. We recommend blitzing it with plant-based milk or fresh juice. Or blend into a breakfast smoothie bowl with berries, nuts and seeds. Should you experience any digestive discomfort after consuming, reduce your daily dose to 1 level tablespoon and gradually increase this as your body adapts.
