How to use:
Twist base to dispense product. Retract and firmly replace the cap after each use to prevent the formula from drying out.
Tips:
For a diffused effect, define the eyes along the upper lash line with Voyeur Waterproof Gel Liner and blend with the No.11 Brush. Pair with a contrasting colour of 1.5mm Mechanical Gel Eye Liner to create depth and definition at the root of the lashes. For a winged look, extend the liner past the outer corner of the eye using short strokes until the desired length is achieved.
