The Fjällräven Kånken Outlong Backpack is designed to make being in nature more accessible. In addition to the classic Vinylon fabric, front pocket and Kånken aesthetics, it has a zippered compartment in its base, large side pockets with elasticated drawcord closures and webbing attachment points for bike lights.
Featuring padded shoulder straps with a chest strap for comfort, the interior hides a sleeve pocket with a padded base for a laptop and seat pad. There is also a zippered inside pocket with a key hook. Perfect for commuting, hiking and other outdoor activities.

Fjällräven (which is the Swedish name for the arctic fox) was founded in the 1960s when founder Åke Nordin had been contemplating manufacturing a climbing jacket, but he didn’t have the right fabric. With a mountain hike impending, Åke took a tent fabric sample and turned it into the very first Fjällräven jacket.
